Spencer Andrew "Andy" Miles, 69, of Saint Francis, passed away Wednesday, December 10, 2025, at his home, surrounded by his loving family.  He was born July 29th, 1956 to Spencer and Anna Rhea Nalley Miles.  He was retired from Makers Mark Distillery and was a farmer at heart.  He was a church going man and a family man.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alton and Christine Mattingly; his brother and sister-in-law, Billy and Linda Mattingly; his dear and loving friends, Paul and Frances Johnson.

Survivors include his devoted and loving wife of 47 years, Brenda Miles; two sons, Derek Miles (Larae) and Brock Miles (Jessica); four beautiful grandchildren that he adored and were his pride and joy, Raela, Clay, Maci, and Dustin; four sisters, Claudia Smith (Freddy), Stella DeWitt, Gladys Smith (Gerald), and Renee Miles; a host of nieces and nephews that he dearly loved.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held 10 am Monday, December 15, 2025, at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 59 New Haven Road, Loretto.  Rev. Richard T. Goodin will officiate.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The visitation is 3-8 pm Sunday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 6 pm.

Pallbearers are nephews, Gaylon Blanford and Timothy Smith; brothers-in-law, Bruce and Larry Mattingly; lifelong friends, Bill Bickett and Curtis Downs.  His fellow employees from Makers Mark are invited to serve as honorary pallbearers.
