Bennett James Clark, age 4 months and 19 days, passed away Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Norton Brownsboro Hospital in Louisville. Bennett was the cherished son of Caleb and Amelia Mattingly Clark of Lebanon and beloved brother of Cason Clark. He is also survived by his beloved grandparents, Eddie and Joan Gardner Mattingly of Loretto and Bryan and Delanna Tharp Clark of Lebanon; his aunt, Audri Clark (Brandon Curtsinger); his uncle, Ryan Mattingly (Taylor Wright); his great grandfather, Billy Gardner of Lebanon.

Bennett was preceded in death by his great grandparents, Mary Ann Gardner, Earl and Dolores Mattingly, Spencer Clark, Jr. and Helen Clark and Owen Tharp, Sr. and Louise Tharp; one aunt, Brittany Clark.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Rev. Troy Elmore, pastor of Lebanon United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will follow in Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 PM Wednesday at Mattingly Funeral Home.

Due to covid-19 restrictions, face coverings are required, the funeral home occupancy is limited to 50% and food and drink are prohibited.
