Beverly Catherine Leake, age 65 of Raywick, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2024, at Springfield Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was born September 6, 1958, in Marion County.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Timothy Douglas Leake on June 10, 2012; her parents, Alson Isaac "Buck" and Anna Louise Newton Tharp; four siblings, Don Tharp, Bug Tharp, Angie Caudill and Debbie Tharp.

Survivors include three sons, Jason Leake (Jennifer) and Ricky Leake, all of Raywick and Mitchell Leake (Kayla) of Loretto; eight grandchildren, Noah, Chloe, Izaac, Eli, Asher, Avery, Andrew and Aaron; one great grandson, Jasper; five siblings, Dorothy Masterson of New Hope, Sue Smith (Eddie) of Loretto, Jeketa Leake, Lucy Tharp, and Phyllis Hutchins (Pat), all of Saint Francis.

Cremation was chosen.  Her memorial service will be held at 11 am Wednesday, April 3, 2024, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Rev. Scott J. Wimsett will officiate.  Inurnment will follow in Saint Francis Xavier Cemetery.

The memorial visitation will be 3-8 pm Tuesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, with a prayer service at 7 pm by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
