Obituary
William G. "Bill" White, Sr., age 80 of Loretto, went to be with his heavenly father on Monday, July 27, 2015.
Bill was the second born of seven children on April 6, 1935 in Elkins, West Virginia. He was a Crane Operator for American Crane in Hawaii; a member of Operating Engineers Local #3; an Army veteran of the Korean War; an Honorary Graduate of Marion County High School; a 19 year member of Bethlehem United Church of Christ.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Bruce and Margaret Kerr White; two brothers, Tommy and Donald White.
Survivors include his wife, Roxy Mosley White; three daughters, Susie Pearson (Rick) of Michigan, Creasa Fisher and Stephanie Locke (Tim) all of Lebanon; one son, William White, Jr. of California; three sisters, Janet Lytle and Sharyon Kerr both of Elkins, WV and Margaret Sumner of Texas; one brother, John White of Louisville; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Cremation was chosen. A Memorial Service will be held at 4 PM Sunday, August 9, 2015 at Bethlehem United Church of Christ, 1480 South 6th St., Louisville, KY 40208.
Memorials may go to the church.
