Obituary
C. Harold McCauley, 75, of Louisville, passed away Tuesday, March 8, 2011 at his son's home.
Born June 4, 1935 at Raywick, KY, Mr. McCauley was a retired Painting Contractor, a Navy Veteran of the Korean War, and a former Board Member of the Blue Lick Optimist Youth Leagues.
He was preceded in death by his parents: John Lambert & Melvina Galloway McCauley, 4 Sisters: Judy Favreau, Rita Mattingly, Margaret Galloway & Glora Mae McCauley, 4 Brothers: Howard, Bernard, R. E. & Ronnie McCauley and grandson Jacob McCauley.
He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Lola Key McCauley, 2 sons, Troy L. McCauley (Micheale) and Michael McCauley (Marci), daughter Bonnie Sipe (Rich), 8 grandchildren: JoAnn Perkins (Aden), Kaitlin Dresing, Zack McCauley, Jenna McCauley and Cierra McCauley, Genesis Titan, Jane-cy Titan & Sharfe Titan. One Great-Granddaughter: Nevaeh Perkins, 4 Brothers: Joe Ben McCauley, John L. McCauley, Jr., Lee McCauley (Patti) & Tom McCauley. 2 Sisters: Katherine Mattingly & Marceline Nickum.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Friday, March 11, 2011 at Saint Francis Xavier Church, Raywick, KY with interment in the church cemetery. Visiting will be 4-8 PM Thursday at Schoppenhorst-Underwood & Brooks Funeral Home, 4895 N. Preston Highway, Shepherdsville, KY.
