Clara Jean "Jeanie" Thompson Caswell, age 76 of Louisville, passed away Friday, April 27, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born on May 29, 1941 to the late Mack & Isabel Thompson in Raywick. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Charles and Tommy Thompson and sister, Carol Minor.

She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Richard Caswell; five children, Renee Koebel (Greg), Diane Bell (Jeff), Larry Cambron (Sue), Karen Pehlke (Ed) and Patrick Caswell (Denise); 13 grandchildren & 13 great-grandchildren;  Eight sisters, Ruth Hagan, Joyce Hamilton, Judy Blandford (Tommy), Rita Bland (Lonnie), Louise Deep (Eddie), Sue Sidebottom (Mike), Kaye Luckett (Nolan) and Trish Edelen (Joey);  two sisters-in-law, Barbara Thompson and Geraldine Moore; one brother-in-law, Dean Minor; numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral Mass will be held 11 AM Monday, April 30, 2018 at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 108 Main Street, Raywick, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. James W. Graf will preside.

Visitation is 12 – 6 PM Sunday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Road, Louisville and after 10 AM Monday at the Church.
