Lenoia Mae "Connie" Smith, age 63 of Lebanon, passed away October 24, 2019 at her home. She was born October 8, 1956 in Owenton, KY. She was a former hospital employee in Cincinnati and member of the Apostolic faith. She was a loving mother and a "granny" and will be dearly missed.

She was preceded in death by her husband, George Robert Smith; her parents, D.R. and Leonia Perry Smith.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary Smith of Lebanon; one son, Michael Smith of Lebanon; two step-sons, George Smith of Lebanon and Robert Smith of Louisville; 14 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren.

Funeral Services for Connie will be held at Noon on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Pastor Michael J. Johnson of the Bethel Star Apostolic Church will officiate. Burial will follow in the Saint Charles Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 am – Noon on Saturday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
