Bobby "Cowboy" Keeling, age 62 of Lebanon, passed away Friday, December 2, 2022 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.  He was born April 11, 1960 in Adair County.  He lived life his own way.  He often walked the streets of Lebanon wearing his cowboy hat.  He was raised Baptist but attended other churches as well.

Cowboy was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Gail "Judy" Cox Keeling; his parents, Rico Thomas Keeling and Nellie Frances Wilson Keeling; two brothers, Terry Keeling and Dale Keeling.

Survivors include one daughter, Christy Lynn Cocanougher of Louisville; three grandchildren, Wesley, Will and Paris Dye; one great-granddaughter, Dixie; four siblings, Brenda Corbett of Middletown, Ohio, Bonnie Keeling of Lebanon, Ann Spalding of Lebanon and Tommy Keeling (Sherry) of Louisville; a host of nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Thursday, December 8, 2022 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Elder Mike Johnson will officiate, assisted by Terry Furmon.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery in Willisburg.

Visitation is 9 – 11 am Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
