David Alan Lee, age 65 of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, October 12, 2017 at Baptist Healthcare in Louisville.

David was born February 8, 1952 in Marion County. He was an employee of TG KY in Lebanon and a member of Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his father, Vincent "Albert" Lee; two brothers-in-law, Kenneth Wise and Tommy Porter; his father and mother-in-law, Earl and Alberta Wise; one infant nephew, John G. Lee, Jr.

Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Martha Jane Wise Lee; one son, Jeremy Lee of Lebanon; one daughter, Carrie Lee Spalding (Brad) of Campbellsville; three grandchildren, Phoenix, Asher and Scarlett Spalding; his mother, Rosie Lee of Raywick; two sisters, Barbara Nally (Dickie) of Loretto and Carol Gordon (Elbert "Bud") of Raywick; one brother, Jack Lee (Peggy) of Saint Mary's; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Monday, October 16, 2017 at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 108 Main Street, Raywick. Rev. David W. Naylor will preside. Burial will follow in the church cemetery

Visitation is 3-8 PM Sunday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 7 PM by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
