Sharon Denise (Hutchins) Hayden passed from this life on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 at the Loretto Motherhouse surrounded by her loving family.

Denise was born March 14, 1952 in Manton, Ky. She formerly owned and operated "Creative Cuts" in Loretto.

Denise was preceded in death by her parents Arch and Marie Hutchins, her sister Linda Bruner and two brothers, Johnny and Junie Hutchins.

Survivors include her children Jimmy Thompson (Margie) of St Francis, Julie Hatfield (Arch) of Nashville, TN, Crystal Brady (Tony) of Lebanon and Brian Thompson of Loretto; her grandchildren Michael, Vivian and Landon Thompson, Cody, Grace and Carly Hatfield, Blake and Alex Hanlon, Jasmine and Bailey Patterson, Brianna, Madelyn and Eva Thompson, Cheyenne Berrier and Christian Perkins; her sisters, Karan Luckett (Mike), Kathy Pivot (Tony), Vicky Newton (Bill), Deanna Thornton (Tom), Terri Farmer, Carol Payton, Brenda Daugherty (Dale) and her brother Doug Hutchins (Lisa) and her sister-in-law, Brenda Johnson (Albert) of Lebanon.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Friday, July 28, 2017 at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 59 New Haven Road, Loretto with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The Rev. Deacon Dennis May will preside.

Visitation is 3-8 PM Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 PM by The Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.

Pallbearers are Darrell Hayden, Justin Farmer, Dion Thompson and her grandsons.
