Obituary
Charles Derrick Hutchins, age 24 of Loretto, passed away Friday, May 10, 2013 at U of L Medical Center.
He was born March 25, 1989 in Marion County and was a 2007 graduate of Marion County High School. He formerly worked as a Millwright with Summit Staffing in Texas.
He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Leon and Kathleen Hutchins.
Survivors include his parents, Tony and Mary Kaye Hutchins of Loretto, one son, Preston Hutchins of Bloomfield, two sisters, Erin and Kathleen Hutchins at home, his girlfriend, Lisa Hayden of Lebanon, his grandparents, Don and Nell Hughes of Loretto and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 AM Tuesday, May 14, 2013 at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 306 Fredericktown Road, Springfield, followed by interment in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Manton. Rev. Charles D. Walker will be the celebrant.
Visitation will be 3-8 PM Monday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 PM by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
Pallbearers are his cousins, Joey Newton, Terry Lee Yates, Travis Thomas, Jessie Newton, Robert Morgeson and Shawn Newton.
