VISITATION: 3-9 PM Tuesday, October 14, 2008 at Mattingly Funeral Home - Loretto, KY
Prayer Service will be at 6 PM Tuesday.
Memorial donations to the fund for Levi Mattingly may be made at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are John Morris, Allen Needham, Jimmy Brady, David Ray Hardesty, Bruce Pittman, Travis Monin & Les Mattingly
Honor Guards will be formed at the church by his co-workers from Maker's Mark Distillery and Levi's teammates from the Marion County High School Football team.
