James Donald McQuillen, age 55 of Louisville, passed away Sunday, November 6, 2016 at his residence.

He was born June 4, 1961 in Nelson County to the late Jimmy "Mac" and Norma Lee Mattingly McQuillen.

Survivors include one son, Jamy McQuillen of Louisville; one step-son, Shane Jacobs (Angela) of Louisville; five grandchildren, Clayton Block, Alaxis Jacobs, Shane Jacobs, Aaron Jacobs and Ashton Jacobs; one sister, Pam Bryant (Dennis) of Louisville; two nieces, Nicole Thompson (J.J.) of Bardstown and Jessica Brewer (Jerry) of Bardstown; a number of aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 PM Friday, November 11, 2016 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Interment will follow in the Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery. The Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.

Visitation is 9 AM – 1 PM on Friday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
