Donna Joyce Richards, age 58 of New Haven, passed away Monday, September 9, 2024 at Baptist Health Hardin Hospital.  She was born February 5, 1966 in Marion County.  She formerly worked 25 years as a hairdresser.  She was a Baptist by faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Ethel Harris Richards; one infant grandson, Joseph Thomas Levi Hutchins.

Survivors include two daughters, Katy Richards and Felicia Richards (Jonathon Saunders), all of New Haven; 8 grandchildren, Eli, Oliveah, C. J., Devon, Laylea whom she raised as her daughter, Kaylee, Kali, and John Thomas; one great grandson, Mateo; five siblings, Vickie Lynn Helson (David) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Ralph Richards, Jr. (Dana Moore) of New Albany, Indiana, William Leonard Richards (Wanda Sue) of Shepherdsville, Darrell Glen Richards (Lisa) of Louisville, and Pamela Sue Mattingly (Joe) of New Hope.

The visitation for Donna Joyce Richards will be held 3-7 pm Saturday, September 14, 2024 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 pm by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.  Cremation will follow.

Her grandchildren will serve as Honorary Pallbearers.
