Obituary
Doris Ann Hagan, 83, of Lebanon, passed away Friday, September 9, 2011 at U of L Hospital, Louisville.
She was born May 30, 1928 in Letcher County, KY. She was a former waitress and member of Woodlawn Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Elmer D. Portwood and two brothers, Jack and Doug Portwood.
Survivors include her husband, Joseph Herbert "Joe" Hagan, one daughter, Rebecca M. Leonard of Crittenden, two sons, Thomas C. Rector of Lebanon and Ralph K. Rector of Union City, Michigan, six grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, one step daughter, Renee Ping of Union, KY, one step grandson, Dwayne Hagan of Louisville, one sister, Betty Portwood of Letcher County, KY.
Funeral Services will be 1:30 PM Monday, September 12, 2011 at Woodlawn Baptist Church, Lebanon, with interment in Lebanon National Cemetery. Pastor Greg Haynes will officiate assisted by Bro. Ed Amundson. Visiting 11 AM till 1:30 PM Monday at the church. Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
