Obituary
Frances Earlene Mattingly, age 65 of Loretto, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 at her residence.
She was born February 2, 1949 at Saint Francis. She was a former employee of the Loretto Motherhouse.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Mattingly, her son, Mark Mattingly, her parents, Earl and Delores Clark Downs, one sister, Ludie Mann and three brothers, J. W., Romanus and Bill Downs.
Survivors include three daughters, Angela Kirsch (Eddie) & Pam Mattingly all of Bardstown and Krista Nalley (Keith) of Loretto, one son, Doug Mattingly (Jessica) of Loretto, four grandchildren, Levi, Haley, Destany and Hannah Mattingly, one sister, Libby Votaw (Charles) of Lebanon and her loving companion, Wayne Hagan of Willisburg.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Tuesday, May 20, 2014 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with interment to follow in Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery, Saint Francis. Rev. Darren Gillespie will officiate.
Visitation is 4-8 PM Monday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Pam, Doug, Levi and Goose Mattingly, Keith Nalley and Darryl Chesser.
Honorary Pallbearers are Angela & Eddie Kirsch, Krista Nalley, Jessica Donahue, Haley, Destany and Hannah Mattingly.
