Mary Eugenia Anderson, age 75 of Danville, passed away Tuesday, December 8, 2015.

A native of New Hope, she was born March 28, 1940 to the late Dennis William and Mary Ellen Masterson Devers. Preceding her in death are her four sisters, Lois Jean Richardson, Dorothy Howell, Elizabeth Jane Harris and infant Maria Goretti Devers; five brothers, William Paul, Joseph Newman, Donnie, Dennis and infant Douglas McArthur Devers.

Survivors include one daughter, Mary Denise Anderson (Jay Schlegel) of North Royalton, Ohio; two sisters, Shirley Ann Devers of Nerinx and Martha Kimberlin (Chuck) of Louisville; one brother, Joseph Webb Devers of Cecilia; a number of nieces and nephews; Forest Tucker and family.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11 AM Wednesday, December 16, 2015 at Saint Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 104 Church Street, New Hope. The Rev. Ken Fortener will officiate. Interment of her cremated remains will follow in the church cemetery.

Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.

Urn bearer will be Jay Schlegel.
