Falycity Marie Tate, age 24 of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, March 18, 2023.  She was born January 31, 1999 in Louisville.  She was a former employee of Captain D's restaurant in Lebanon.  She was a free spirit and always smiled.  She enjoyed changing her look and hair color.  She was very smart and loved to read.

Falycity was preceded in death by her grandparents, Richard Cowherd, Benita and Greg Burch and Edward Tate.

Survivors include her mother, Tabatha Kay Tate of Versailles; her father, Richard Scott of Lebanon; her step-mother, Brittany Wilson of Versailles; ten siblings, Michael Scott (Teresa), Arieyon Smith, Chanity Wayne, Hannah Scott, Raylynn Scott, Lexi Nehegan, and Lyla Scott, all of Lebanon, and Jaquous Johnson, Deszi Hatfield and Taylor Hatfield, all of Campbellsville; her grandparents, Kathy Cowherd and Frieda Tate, both of Lebanon and James and Denise Wilson of Versailles; a number of nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, March 25, 2023 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Cremation will follow the service.

Visitation is 10 am – 1 pm Saturday at the funeral home.
