Gloria Dean Bartholamew, 69, of Frankfort, passed away Monday, May 11, 2026, at her home due to lung cancer. She was born July 24, 1956 in Corydon, Indiana, to the late Cecil and Mary Grace Powers Bratcher. She was a loving mother who would help anyone in need.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Shirley Denise Orberson who died January 14, 2014; three siblings, James Bratcher, William “Bill” Bratcher, and Linda Cochran.

Survivors include four children, Lisa Brown (Kenneth) of Frankfort, Michelle Stover (Kevin Welschmeyer) of Waynesville, Missouri, Kelly Bartholamew of Louisville, and Mike Willard of Radcliff; 18 grandchildren; one sister, Shirley Green of Louisville; one brother, Millard Ray Evans of Clarksville, Indiana.

Graveside services will be held at 4 pm Friday, May 15, 2026, at Ryder Cemetery in Lebanon. Mattingly Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
