Harriet Caldwell O'Daniel, age 74 of Lebanon, passed away Monday, November 1, 2021 at her home, surrounded by her family.  She was born November 12, 1946 in Marion County.  She was a substitute teacher for Saint Augustine Grade School for over 20 years and she was a member of Saint Augustine Catholic Church.  She was an avid collector of primitive antiques.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Ambrose and Verna Mae Bradshaw Caldwell and one brother, James Teddy Caldwell.

Survivors include her husband of 55 years, Doug O'Daniel; two children, Sean Ambrose O'Daniel (Alice) of Lebanon and Adam Douglass O'Daniel (Kara) of Crestwood; four grandchildren, Nicholas, Sarah, Gabi and Maddie; one brother, Joseph Bradshaw "Brad" Caldwell of Louisville; a number of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Saturday, November 6, 2021 at Saint Augustine Catholic Church, 235 South Spalding Avenue, Lebanon.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.  Revs. Terry Bradshaw and John Austin Caldwell will concelebrate.

Visitation is 3-8 pm Friday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 7 pm by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.  The family request visitors wear face coverings.  The funeral and prayer service will be livestreamed onto the Mattingly Funeral Home facebook page.
