Obituary

Hazel Ann Brady, age 46 of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, January 5, 2023 at her home.  She was born February 4, 1976 in Marion County.  She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cyril "Boodles" Brady; her father, Herbert Lee Mattingly; two brothers, William "Bo" and Walter Henry "Hank" Mattingly.

Survivors include five children, Lee Mattingly (Maggie Aman) of Saint Mary's, Derik Brady (Mandy) of Lebanon,  Justin Brady (Bailey Moore) of Lebanon, Olivia and Julia Griffith, both of Columbus, Ohio; eleven grandchildren and several nieces and nephews; her mother, Doris Ann Mattingly of Loretto; four sisters, Mary Mattingly of Loretto,  Debbie Fisher of Campbellsville, Sherri Brammer (John) of Loretto and Susie Mattingly of Bardstown; one brother, Joe Mattingly (Susie) of Saint Francis; A special Friend, John Hamilton and his children Asia and Jonathon Hamilton.

Funeral Services will be held at 4 pm Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Rev. Stacey Wilson will officiate. Burial will follow in Saint Francis Xavier Cemetery in Raywick.

Visiting hours are 9 am – 4 pm Sunday at Mattingly Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Jonathon Hamilton, Justin Brady, Lee Mattingly, Derik Brady, Joey Brown and Joey Mattingly; Honorary Pallbearers are Billy Brady, Donnie Miles, Scottie Miles and Ronnie Bowman.
