Helene Elisa Nalley, age 60 of Bardstown, passed away Monday, February 6, 2017 at Norton Audubon Hospital in Louisville.

She was born March 11, 1956 in Freiburg, Germany and was raised in Louisville. She formerly operated "Children for the Day" daycare in Louisville. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Frieda Lauber Bailey.

Survivors include her husband of 16 years, Todd Nalley; one daughter, Elisa Longacre (Devon) of Bardstown; two grandchildren, Donald Nichols-Harlow and Destiny Faith Drees both of Bardstown; four half-sisters, Peggy Millin of Lebanon Junction, Rosie Mudd (Johnny) of Clarkson, Donna Bailey and Katie Ratchford (Louis) both of Louisville; one half-brother John A. Bailey, Jr. of Louisville.

Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, February 10, 2017 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Pastor Carl Brown will officiate. Burial will follow in Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 PM Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
