Jacob Cody Hite, age 28 of Lebanon, passed away Saturday, March 30, 2019.

He was born May 11, 1990 in Mattoon, Illinois. He was a former employee of Arby's restaurant in Lebanon.

Survivors include his mother, Yo-Londa Jo Weber, his father, Milton Hite, Jr., one sister, Mary Jo Hite, three brothers, Dustin Hite, Milton "Trey" Hite, III, and Patrick Hite, his grandmother Patricia Hite all of Illinois; three children, Dominick Blake Hite, India Jean Hite and Alexsander Chevy Nova Hite and the mother of his children, Kimberly Tungate all of Louisville. A number of aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Cremation was chosen. A memorial gathering will be held 3-5 PM Friday, April 5, 2019 at the home of Tina Kraft, 2930 Saint Rose Road, Lebanon.
