James Walter "Jamie" Mattingly, III, 36, of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, August 28, 2011 in Lebanon.
Born August 14, 1975 in Marion County, Mr. Mattingly worked at Marion County Industries and was a member of Pleasant Run Community Church.
He died with his father, James Walter "Jim" Mattingly, Jr. He was preceded in death by his mother, Linda Rose Willett, his maternal grandparents, Leo and Sue Thomas Willett and his paternal grandmother, Mary Louise Mattingly.
Survivors include his step-mother, Dianne Blandford Mattingly of Lebanon, his Grandfather, James Walter "Jim" Mattingly, Sr. of Lebanon, one brother, Troy (Glenda) Mattingly of Lebanon, three sisters, Sherri (Todd) Wilson of Lebanon, Terri Thomas of Calvary, Tonya (Robbie) Deering of Mackville.
Joint Funeral Services will be 11 AM Thursday, September 1, 2011 at Pleasant Run Community Church, 4625 Short Line Pike, Lebanon, with interment in the church cemetery. Keith Wheatley will officiate. A bereavement meal will follow at the Abundant Life Assembly of God Church, 549 N. Spalding Avenue, Lebanon. Visiting is 3-9 PM Wednesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.
Memorial Donations may go to Pleasant Run Community Church.
Pallbearers are Michael Masterson, Brent Masterson, Jason Mattingly, Brian Mattingly, Timmy Stump and David Dawson.
