Jason James Taylor, age 46 of Shepherdsville, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at U of L Health Medical Center South in Brooks.  He was born July 21, 1977, in Louisville.  He was employed as a Color Matcher and Press Operator at Koroseal Interior Products for the past 17 years.  He loved country music, collecting records, riding four wheelers and spending time with his nieces and nephews.

Jason was preceded in death by his grandparents, Carl and Rose Lyvers and Charles Taylor.

Survivors include his parents, Michael and Angela Taylor of Shepherdsville; His grandmother, Wilhelmenia Taylor of Holy Cross; three siblings, Marcus Taylor of Shepherdsville, Nathon Taylor (Christie) of Bardstown and Jenny Riley (David) of Glasgow; four nieces, Brienna, Jaden, Madison, and Lindly; two nephews, Phoenix and Jackson; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Elder Brent Falcone will officiate.  Interment will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery.

The visitation will be 3-8 pm Friday at Mattingly Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Marcus Taylor, Nathon Taylor, David Riley, Robbie Isabel, Alex Taylor and Chris Curtsinger.
