Thomas Jefferson "Jeff" O'Daniel, age 94 of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, February 20, 2024, at his home, with his family by his side.  He was born May 9, 1929, in Marion County.  He was a farmer and a retired crop insurance agent.  He was a Kentucky Colonel; an avid golfer; a member of the Knights of Columbus and Saint Augustine Catholic Church.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Rita Ann Borders O'Daniel who died August 19, 2019; his parents, Joseph Simeon and Nannie O'Daniel; one brother, Louis O'Daniel.

Survivors include two sons, Robby O'Daniel (Pat) and Mark O'Daniel (Bernadette) all of Lebanon; five grandchildren, Stuart O'Daniel, Dana Deverall, Scottie Ann Browning, T.J. O'Daniel, and Katie Clark; 19 great grandchildren; one brother, Bill O'Daniel (Jean) of Poway, California; one sister, Joree White of West Chester, Pennsylvania; two sisters-in-law, Jerry Borders of Lebanon and Kay O'Daniel of East Leroy, Michigan.

Funeral Services for Jeff O'Daniel will be held at 11 am Saturday, February 24, 2024, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.  Cremation will follow the service.

The visitation will be 4-8 pm Friday at Mattingly Funeral Home with a prayer service at 7 pm.
