Jeremy Clayton Gribbins, age 43 of Lebanon, passed away Monday, October 25, 2021 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.  He was born June 5, 1978 in Louisville.  He was preceded in death by his father, Oni Clayton Gribbins; two sisters, Kimberly Dawn Atwell Wayne (died July 1, 2021) and Paula Perkins; one brother, William Clayton Gribbins.

Survivors include two sons, David Clayton Gribbins and Christopher Elijah Gribbins, both at home; his mother, Vicky Morgan Gribbins of Lebanon; one niece, Kristal Douglas (Jerriel) of Lebanon and one nephew, Brandon Wayne (Sarah Ray) of Lebanon.

Funeral Services will be held at 1 pm Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Rev. Steve Morgan will officiate.  Burial will follow in Ryder Cemetery.

Visitation is 10 am until time of funeral Saturday at Mattingly Funeral Home.

Pallbearers are Caleb Atwell, Clayton Gribbins, Braidyn Atwell, David Ernest Buckman, Ronnie Morgan and Matt Smothers.
