Age 64 of Fairfield, OH died at home on February 18, 2008. Raymond was born September 30, 1943 in New Haven, KY, the son of Felix and Nellie (Clark) Boone. Ray attended the Vineyard Church and formerly worked for Champion Papers and the Litton Industries in Ohio.
He is survived and will be missed dearly by his loving wife of 43 years, Susan (Clayton) Boone; his beloved children, Timothy J.(Patsy) Boone and Glenn E. (Regina) Boone; and his precious grandchildren, Sarah and Bryan Boone, and Lauren and Lindsay Boone.
Other survivors include his siblings, Marie Sharp, Marvin Boone, Felix Boone, Ivo Boone, Fred Boone, Richard Boone, Dan Boone, Mary Boone, Phyllis Boone and Antonella McCorkle.
Ray was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, J.B. Boone and Eugene Boone; and sister, Jessie Cissell.
Visitation will be 2-8 p.m., Thursday, February 21, 2008 at the Mattingly Funeral Home, Rt., Loretto, KY.
Visitation will also be 1 p.m. ? until time of service (3 p.m.), Saturday, February 23 at the Avance Funeral Home & Crematory, 4976 Winton Rd., Fairfield, OH 45014.
