Joseph Lee "Joe" Norman, age 83 of New Haven, passed away Saturday, February 18, 2023, at his home.  He was born April 18, 1939, in New Haven.  He was a retired employee of Glasscock Log and Lumber in Bloomfield.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry Tee and Dora O'Neal Norman; 11 siblings, Mary Norman, Pearl Walker, Harry Thomas Norman, Beatrice Norman, Muzetta Price, Orville Norman, Otis Norman, Percy Norman, Melvin Norman, Dora Norris and Rose Ellen Norman; three half siblings, Lloyd Franklin Norman, Hattie Glass, and infant Hershal Herman Norman.

Survivors include one daughter, Amanda Settles (Casey) of Bardstown, one granddaughter, Alessia Ember Settles; four siblings, James Norman (Kathleen), Johnny Norman (Judy), and Wanda Mattingly all of New Haven and Juanita Dalton of Elizabethtown.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Pastor Darrell Goodlett of the Nelson County Baptist Church will officiate.  His burial will follow in Riverview Cemetery in New Haven.

The visitation is 3-8 pm Tuesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.
