Mary Lavada Curtsinger, age 75 of Louisville, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022 at Norton Hospital in Louisville.  She was born December 17, 1946 in Loretto.  She was a former employee of Kosair Shrine Temple.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Ray Curtsinger; her parents, James Melvin and Mary Theresa McIntyre Mattingly; four brothers, James Carl "Chicken", Ernest, Joseph Louis and Lawrence Mattingly.

Survivors include one daughter, Regina Ann Fenwick of Louisville; one grandson, Michael Carl Moch of Louisville; four sisters, Shirley Norris of Waddy, Martha Terry of Bedford, Linda Stallings of Saint Francis and Melvina Mattingly of Loretto; one brother, David Mattingly (Maxine) of Frankfort.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Saturday, January 8, 2022 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.  Burial will follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery in Manton.

Visitation on Friday has been cancelled due to snow and road conditions.
