Obituary
Leo Augustine Hayden, age 70 of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, January 23, 2014 at Spring View Hospital in Lebanon.
He was born June 22, 1943 in Marion County. He was a retired Insurance Adjuster with State Farm Insurance Company in Kentucky and South Carolina and was a member of St. Benedict's Traditional Roman Catholic Church in Louisville.
He is preceded in death by his Father, Lloyd Augustine Hayden.
Survivors include his mother, Anna Christine Thompson of Louisville, one daughter, Hope Michelle Havener, M.D. of Bowling Green, one son, Leo A. Hayden, II, of Lebanon, two sisters, Mary Ellen Inman of Prospect and Catherine Ann Bloodworth of Louisville, two brothers, Rev. Joseph F. Hayden of Peru and Thomas G. Hayden of Georgetown, KY, one granddaughter, Sara M. Hayden of Lebanon, one grandson, Ben Havener of Bowling Green.
A Latin Requiem Mass will be held 11 AM Monday, January 27, 2014 at Holy Name of Mary Catholic Church, 2395 Highway 208, Lebanon, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Rev. Paul Beach will be the celebrant.
Visitation will be 10 AM till 11 AM Monday at the church. Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
