Francis Leroy Leake, Sr., age 79 of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, January 28, 2018 at Danville Center for Health and Rehab.

He was born August 12, 1938 in Marion County. He was a farmer and member of Saint Augustine church.

He was preceded in death by parents, Joseph Thomas and Sallie Mattingly Leake; one brother, Charles Ray Leake.

Survivors include his wife of 60 years, Joyce Marie Beaven Leake; four children, Francis Leroy Leake, Jr. (Dwayne Fredrick), Richard Timothy Leake (Kerri), Lisa Marie Osbourne (Jim) and Kevin Anthony Leake, Sr. (Ellen); one honorary daughter, Mary Teresa Ballinger (J.W.); 10 grandchildren, Jennifer Marie Osbourne (Pat), Brian Joseph Osbourne (Madison), Kevin Anthony Leake, Jr. (Kyndra), Johannah Claire Leake, Noah Douglas Leake, James Ballinger, Jr. (Jessica), Melissa B. Dudeck (Joey), Kara Leake, Terrence Leake and Kade Leake; five great grandchildren, Tinsley Marie Osbourne, Kevin A. Leake, III "Tre", Jalynn Dudeck, Joey Dudeck and Jace Dudeck; two sisters, Sarah Greenwell and Aline Leake; three brothers, Joseph Leake, Jr., William Leake and David Leake.

Cremation was chosen. A Private Memorial Service will be held at 11 AM Thursday, February 1, 2018 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Committal Rites will follow in Saint Augustine Cemetery in Lebanon. Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will preside.

Urn bearers will be his grandsons Brian Osbourne and Kevin Leake, Jr. Honorary Urn bearers are Jennifer Osbourne, Johannah Leake, Noah Leake, Jay Ballinger and Melissa Dudeck.
