Linda "Moe" Hutchins Mills, age 74 of Mount Washington, passed away Thursday, May 17, 2018 at her home, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born September 17, 1943 in Marion County. She was a former homemaker and member of Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church in Mount Washington.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Russell and Liquori Sims Hutchins; six sisters, Lorene Miles, Mauritia Ballard, Mary Grace Mattingly, Mary Ann Gardner, Sybil Blair and Mary Catherine Willett; five brothers, Leon, Gerald, Teenie, Harold & Marvin Hutchins; twin infant grandchildren, Travis & Cody Mills.

Survivors include her husband of 56 years, James "J. W." Mills; two sons, Allen Mills and Bryan Mills (Christy) all of Mount Washington; one daughter, Debbie Glasscock (Bruce) of Mount Washington; three grandchildren, Erin McConnell (Shaun), Kindal Mills and Andrew Glasscock; two sisters, Christine Lanham (Robert) of Loretto and Barbara Southerland of Louisville; two brothers, Howard Hutchins (Sarah) of Loretto and Herbert Hutchins (Sarah) Louisville.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 AM Monday, May 21, 2018 at Saint Francis of Assisi Catholic Church, 6785 Highway 52, Loretto. Rev. Dale Cieslik will preside. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 PM Sunday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 7 PM by Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant.
