Linda Marie Mattingly, 65, of Loretto, passed away Thursday, September 18, 2025 at her sister's home in Brandenburg.  She was born April 3, 1960 in Louisville.  She formerly worked at Wilbert Plastic Products in Springfield.  She enjoyed canning in the summer and baking and crafting with her family.  She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Alton "Billy" Mattingly who died November 7, 2021; her parents, Robert Harold and Charlotte Mary Linker Vannoy; three siblings, Barbara Vannoy, Judy Miller, and Larry Vannoy.

Survivors include four siblings, Ken Vannoy (Laura) and Bruce Vannoy, both of Louisville, Daniel Vannoy of San Diego, California, and Anita Joseph (Hubert) of Brandenburg; many nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services for Linda Marie Mattingly will be held at 11 am Saturday, September 27, 2025 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.  Interment will follow in Holy Cross Cemetery.

The visitation is 4-7 pm Friday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
