Obituary
She was born August 8, 1949 in Louisville. She was a retired employee of General Electric Appliance Park in Louisville.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 37 years, James Clayton Tharp; parents, Joseph William and Mattie Woods Wheeler; one sister, Carol Ann Wheeler.
Survivors include one daughter, Julie Tharp (Will Johnston) of Mount Sherman; one granddaughter, Jaymee Johnston.
Funeral Services will be held at 11 AM Monday, December 26, 2016 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Burial will follow in Saint Francis of Assisi Cemetery. The Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.
Visitation is 9-11 AM Monday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
