Lindsey Joe Summers, age 51 of Lebanon, formerly of High Springs, Florida, passed away Friday, April 25, 2014 in Lebanon, KY.
He was born September 27, 1962 in Florida. He was employed as a horse farmer for James Averitt Sr. of Lebanon.
Survivors include his parents, C. Guy and Betty Lou Lindsey Summers, one daughter, Rachael Nicole Summers, one son, Shane Summers, two sisters, Elizabeth Summers and Emily Kay Wheeler, one brother, C. Guy Summers III all of Florida.
No local services are planned. Cremation was chosen.
