Maria Teresa Franco, age 73 of Saint Francis, passed away Wednesday, March 18, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born January 8, 1947 in El Paso, Texas to the late Jose Maria and Concepcion Mentes Vega.

Survivors include three daughters, Teresa Mattingly (Russell) of Saint Francis, Alica Salazar of Lebanon and Laura Salazar of Clarksville, Tennessee; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren; one brother, Fernando Vega (Estella) of El Paso, Texas.

Cremation was chosen and no public services are planned. Mattingly Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
