Obituary
Sister Mary Rhodes Buckler S.L., 93, of Nerinx, died Sunday, August 12, 2012 at the Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary.
A native of Loretto, she was born August 30, 1918 to the late William and Mary Hiestand Buckler. She was a Sister of Loretto for 63 years. She taught at the old Loretto High School, Lebanon Public High School and many other schools. She managed the Buckler Scholarship which enabled many local students to be able to go to college.
Funeral Mass 10:30 AM Thursday, August 16, 2012 at Loretto Motherhouse Church with interment to follow in the Loretto Motherhouse cemetery. A wake service will be 7 PM Wednesday August 15, 2012 at the motherhouse.
