Mary Lee Elder Price, age 71 of Lebanon, passed away Sunday, December 18, 2016 at her residence.

She was born January 22, 1945 and was a native of Washington County. She was a former admissions clerk at Taylor Regional Hospital where she retired from in 2007 after 19 years of service. She was a member of Saint Augustine Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Biscuit and Mary Alma Nally Clements; one infant son, Charles Benedict Elder, Jr.; four brothers, Billy Ray, Bobby, Joe Ben and Connie Clements.

Survivors include three daughters, Mary Jo Clark (Allen Boone) of Lebanon, Dot Elder Caldwell (Tony) of Calvary and Susan Elder Squires (Wade) of Greensburg; one son, Chuck Elder (Buffy Ryan) of Lebanon; twelve grandchildren, Jason Clark (Amber), Chad Clark (Katie), LeAnne Huber (David), Caroline Clark (Josh Bright), Anne Courtney Caldwell, Erin Caldwell, Toni Grace Caldwell, Chuckie Elder (Samantha), Breanna Elder, Renee Elder, Calen Squires and Madi Squires; nine great-grandchildren; a special friend, Roy Price; her beloved caregiver, Marcus Middleton.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11 AM Thursday, December 22, 2016 at Saint Rose Catholic Church, 868 Loretto Road, Springfield with cremation to follow.

Visitation is 3-8 PM Wednesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto with a prayer service at 7 PM.
