Obituary
Mahoney, Sr. Mary Agnes "Skeet," 80 passed away Wednesday, July 30, 2008 at The Sisters of Loretto Motherhouse infirmary in Nerinx, KY. She was retired from Trinity High School in Louisville where she taught music.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Julian and Agnes Mahoney and brothers, Norbert Mahoney and Brother Julius "Paul" Mahoney. She is survived by a sister, Carol Mattingly (Bill); brothers, Tom Mahoney (Ann), Lloyd Mahoney (Vickey), and David Mahoney; a sister-in-law, Silvia Mahoney; and 15 nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 2, 2008 at the Loretto Motherhouse Chapel in Nerinx, KY. A second memorial mass will be celebrated in Louisville at a later date.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Sisters of Loretto.
