Michael Edward Mohin, age 53 of Loretto, passed away April 19, 2024.  He was born October 24, 1970, in Middletown, New York.  He formerly worked as a welder with Central Kentucky Tool and later with Caldwell Tanks.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael David Mohin and his brother, Bryan Andrus Mohin.

Survivors include his daughter, Lydia Faith Thompson of Loretto and three grandchildren, Mya, Nia and Everleigh; his mother, Marcia Patricia Andrus of Loretto; two brothers, Adam Mohin of Loretto and Joseph P. Mohin (Leah) of Russell Springs; a special friend, Melissa Nally of Loretto.

Cremation was chosen. A celebration of the life of Michael Edward Mohin will be held at 7 pm Thursday, April 25, 2024, at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.
