Patsy Sue "Pat" Johnston, 75, of Loretto, passed away Saturday, September 6, 2025 at Ephraim McDowell Regional Medical Center in Danville.  She was born February 20, 1950 in Marion County.  She formerly worked as a Customer Service Manager with Walmart in Lebanon and as a hairdresser at the old Johnston's Beauty Shop in Lebanon.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, John Andrew and Mary Ellen Pendygraft Hunt and many brothers and sisters.

Survivors include two daughters, Jackie Mattingly (Craig) of Loretto and Nikki Blakely (Anthony) of Hilham, Tennessee; eight grandchildren, Kala Walston (Eddie), Corey Mattingly (Christina), Kiana DiMaggio (Anthony), Daryean Wright (Ethan), Dalton Shively (Taylor), Cody Blakely (Caitlyn), Chelsea Sweezy (Joseph), and Joslynn Blakely; 10 great grandchildren, Jordan, Sawyer, Griffin, Taylor, Alesanna, Everhett, Carriona, Caleb, Carsey, and Mayelynn; two siblings, Johnny Gaddie Hunt of Lebanon and Louise Thompson of Louisville.

Funeral Services for Patsy Sue "Pat" Johnston will be held at 7 pm Tuesday, September 9, 2025 at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.  Stan Curry will officiate.  Cremation will follow the service.

The visitation is 3-7 pm Tuesday at Mattingly Funeral Home.
