Patricia Mae Blair's Obituary
Patricia Mae Blair, age 68 of New Hope, passed away Monday, December 14, 2015 at Springview Hospital in Lebanon.
She was born October 11, 1947 in Breathitt County. She was preceded in death by her parents, John C. and Sarah Back Calhoun; four sisters, Alice Fugate, Charlene Law, Mary Jo Cundiff and Bonnie Spradley; two brothers, Kerney Back and Dale Calhoun.
Survivors include her husband of 51 years, Ron Blair; two daughters, Frankie Blair of New Hope and Kim Blair of Bardstown; one son, Jody Blair of New Hope; six grandchildren, Kayla McCandless (Kevin), Trey Blair, Jody Walters, Emalee Hahn, Kamyn Brien, Ashton Blair; one great-granddaughter, Rae McCandless; two sisters, Marty Casolari (Mitch) of Dayton, OH and Freda Sturgeon (Ray) of Merkel, TX; two brothers, John Calhoun of Temple, TX and Bob Calhoun of Dayton, OH.
Funeral Services will be held at 7 PM Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto. Cremation will follow. The Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.
Visitation is 4-7 PM Thursday at the funeral home.
