Born August 7, 1940 in Washington County, KY, he was a retired employee of General Electric in Louisville, KY. He was a Scout Master for many years & former President of the Marion County Handicapped Association.
He volunteered for the Concerned Citizens Thanksgiving Dinner project and he drove Hospice Patients to their treatments. He was awarded "Citizen of the Year" by the Chamber of Commerce.
