Sara Hernandez Zepeda, age 77 of Lebanon, passed away Tuesday, October 8, 2024 at Springfield Nursing and Rehab Center.  She was born January 24, 1947 in Nuevo Loredo, Mexico.  She was a homemaker and a Catholic.  She will be missed and remembered by her family with great love.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Santos and Aurora Llamas Hernadez.

Survivors include three children, Federico Maldonado (Sanjuana) and Francisco Zepeda (Maria) all of Lebanon, and Latricia Maldonado (Martin) of Laredo, Texas; eight grandchildren and two siblings.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 am Friday, October 11, 2024 at Saint Augustine Catholic Church, 235 S. Spalding Avenue, Lebanon.  Rev. David J. Farrell will officiate.  Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The visitation is 4-8 pm Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto.

Pallbearers are her sons and Alexis Madonado, Francisco Zepeda, Jr., Ramero Hernandez, and Juan Diego Lopez.
