Shirley Marie O'Bryan Cissell, 87, of Louisville, died Tuesday, November 19, 2024, at Norton Women's and Children's Hospital. She was born June 11, 1937, in Springfield, KY. She was one of thirteen children.  She was a retired employee of Bremner Biscuit Company. She is preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Harold Cissell, her father, Thomas Walter O'Bryan, her mother, Mary Alice Badgett O'Bryan, brothers, Mike, Junior, Bernard, Foster, Buddy, Bob, Joe, Freddy, Billy, sisters Martha and Jane.

She is survived by her sister Christine (Rick), her son, Tom (Lisa), her daughter Anne Michelle; grandkids, Jaci, Nick, Maranda, Matthew, Randy, Amanda, Bradan, Graice and six great grandchildren.

Her funeral mass will be 10 am Friday, November 22, 2024 at St. Athanasius Catholic Church, 5915 Outer Loop, with burial in Saint Rose Cemetery in Springfield, KY. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Thursday at Ratterman & Son Family Funeral Home, 3800 Bardstown Rd. Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to St Jude Children's Hospital.
