Carrie Etta "Sissy" Blair, age 83 of Raywick, passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022 at U of L Hospital.  She was born August 19, 1939 in Raywick.  She worked as a housekeeper and was a member of Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church.  She was an avid UK fan.

Sissy was preceded in death by her parents, William Harold and Eliza Lou Followay Blair; three siblings, Milton Blair, Sue Blair and J. C. Blair.

Survivors include four siblings, Wanda Lou Skaggs (Sherman) of Hodgenville, Terry, Joe and Jeannie Blair, all of Raywick; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 am Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Saint Francis Xavier Catholic Church, 108 Main Street, Raywick.  Rev. Deacon Joseph R. Dant will officiate.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Visitation is 3-8 Tuesday at Mattingly Funeral Home, 195 Holy Cross Road, Loretto, with a prayer service at 7 pm.
