Sister Jane Clark, SL, age 90 of Nerinx, passed away Thursday, November 17, 2016 at the Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary.

She was born September 7, 1926 in Marion County to the late J.D. and Lucy Thomas Clark. She entered religious life in 1948 and received her final vows August 15, 1954. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in English from A.B. Webster College in Missouri and her Master's Degree in Education from Marquette University in Wisconsin. Her assignments were in Missouri, New Mexico, Colorado and Texas. She moved to the Loretto Motherhouse in 2004.

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10 AM Saturday, November 26, 2016 at the Loretto Motherhouse Church. Inurnment will follow in the Motherhouse cemetery.

A wake service will be held at 3:30 PM Friday at the motherhouse.
