Sister Mary Jean Tenhaeff aka Gladys Margaret Tenhaeff, age 89, formerly of Colorado, died Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Sisters of Loretto Motherhouse Infirmary, Nerinx, KY.
She was born December 24, 1923 in Colorado to the late Joseph and Perenella McDonald Tenhaeff. She entered religious life in 1947 and received her final vows in 1953. She worked as a nursing home administrator with assignments in Illinois and Colorado. She retired to the Loretto Motherhouse in 2004.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM Friday, February 15, 2013 at the Loretto Motherhouse Church followed by burial in the Motherhouse Cemetery.
A wake will be held 6:30 PM Thursday at the Motherhouse.
