Sue Ella Cissell, 66, of Loretto, KY, passed away Wednesday, February 11, 2009 at her home surrounded by her loving family.

She was retired from St. Charles Middle School where she worked in the School Cafeteria for 15 years. She was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church for 46 years. She practiced her catholic faith daily and dedicated much of her time and talent to the church. Before her illness, she was a member of the St. Francis Xavier Sew-cialize Group and made dozens of prayer blankets for those who were sick. She made a lasting impression on all who knew her and will be greatly missed.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Theodore ?Losh? and Roberta Ford Thomas and her daughter Mindy Filiatreau.

She was a proud and devoted grandmother of 5 Granddaughters & 5 Grandsons.

Funeral Mass: 11 AM Friday, February 13, 2009 at Holy Cross Catholic Church - Holy Cross, KY.

Burial: Holy Cross Cemetery
Visitation: 3-9 PM Thursday at Mattingly Funeral Home in Loretto, KY
Vigil will be at 6 PM Thursday.
